The Association has established a committee as its highest decision-making body. Committee members include voting directors and other ordinary members. 



Board Members:

The Board Members have voting and decision-making powers and are responsible for the Association's strategy, approval of major matters, and the overall development direction. 




Ordinary Committee Members: 

The ordinary members are elected annually by the General Assembly to assist the Borad Members in carrying our daily affairs and executing specific projects, ensuring a smooth operation of the Association. 


The Committee implements a democratic decision-making mechanism, with all Board Members having a vote on major matters. While ordinary members do not participate the final vote, the annual election mechanism maintains the vitality and dynamic adjustment of the Committee.


The structure ensures transparency, fairness and efficiency in the Association's operations, fostering effective collaboration and clear accountability among members.

About Adrian Schneider, President of the SHCE, is a former principal trumpet of the Beijing Symphony Orchestra and a co-founder, artistic director, and conductor of the Beijing Dunshan Wind Orchestra. In 2012,he led the Orchestra to perform at the Lucerne Festival in Switzerland, and in 2018, he collaborated with the Zhejiang Symphony Orchestra for a New Years's concert. He currently serves as Musical Director of the Brass Band Fribourg. Having lived in China for fourteen years, Adrian is passionated about Chinese culture and has been deeply involved in Youth Music Education and in the Professional field .
